* All products, including custom packaging, poly mailers, and sample sachets, are made to order.
* All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products.
* Please review your order carefully before purchase to ensure product type, quantity, and specifications are correct.

3. Shipping and Delivery

* We strive to ship products according to the timelines indicated at checkout.
* Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.
* Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

* If your order arrives damaged or defective due to a shipping or manufacturing issue, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt at sales@kram-pak.com
* At our discretion, we may provide a replacement for the affected item.
